Why the step reslut is passed, but I double click test case, the step result is "Not Tested"

You have to add your test result to repository to make the "Recent result" field is automatically filled. To do this, right click on your test result then select Add to repository... You may want to refer to topic "Creating test steps" in help file for more details because Note of this topic does mention it. Let me know if this help.
