Refactoring can support

• On removing an argument, same should reflect in action calls
• Allow argument re ordering
• Adding new arguments should force existing action calls to use the arguments (Can be done based on a setting to maintain backwards compatibility)
• Ability to compile Test Module(s)/ Action(s)/ Nodes to verify if actions, test cases conforms to syntax
