does picture exist positive and following check picture exist failed

I tried to write "wait picture exist" action.  Inside a loop there is "does picture exist." It delivers pictfound -> 1, however the following command "check picture exist " failed.
The picture was same for both actions.

"check picture exists" has "control" argument with specific value while "does picture exists" doesn't. It means that searching area for picture is different.
